1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website orzukids.org (the "Website"), operated by ORZUKIDS MCHJ (Orzukids LLC), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Orzukids", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Our Apps

The mobile applications we publish (the "Apps") are governed by their own terms. For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a product-specific agreement is provided. Product-specific terms for HabitKid are available at https://habitkid.app/term-of-use.html. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
• interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the Website;
• use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data except as permitted by our robots.txt; or
• use the Website in any way that infringes the rights of others or applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, screenshots and software, are the property of Orzukids or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. "Orzukids" and "HabitKid" are trademarks of ORZUKIDS MCHJ. You may view and print pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Third-party links

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services, including app stores. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those third parties. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orzukids and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
